Caileen Designs is a full-service interior design firm that creates homes from concept to completion. Based in sunny Malibu California, our team has designed full new builds and renovation projects across the greater Los Angeles region. Throughout the years we have developed and refined a seamless process to help our clients navigate each step of their renovation journey. We collaborate with clients from the floor plan development, interior drawings, custom cabinetry, finishes, and selections: furniture, window treatments, styling, and turn-key installation.

Design Services
Full Service Interior Design
Think you need more service than what is provided in the Design Consultation or Home Styling? Not ready to tackle a large remodel project on your own? Don’t have the time to wade through the thousands of options for your home? Welcome to Full Service Interior Design. With our distinct Think, Design, Do process, we provide everything you need to complete your project, saving you time and money, and ensuring that the end result is what you always envisioned.
Full Service Interior Design is available for one room, or several, for a remodel or new build. We begin our process with a free phone consultation to find out about your project and to make sure Full Service Interior Design is the right service for you. If you decide to proceed, we will set up an initial meeting at the project location to review the scope of the project, our contract, and to see if we are a good fit. Once we have all the information we need, we will create a Design Proposal, which outlines the scope of the project and provides for an estimated fee for services. Since the size and scope of each project varies, so will your investment.

Paint Consultation
$150
Need help choosing what paint color to use? Book a 90 minute Paint Consultation and we will come to your space with our resources to help you pick the perfect hue. We discuss your current design and your desired design, and provide several paint chips, which are yours to keep. In addition, we will educate you on the different paint sheens and when to use them, how to test out the choices we select together, and how to make your final decision.
What you get:
90 minutes of consultation. Use it for one room or several.
2”x9.25” paint chips of your chosen colors for you to keep. These are much larger than what you would get at the paint store and give you a better idea of the true color.
Your contribution:
Be prepared with which rooms/areas you want to paint to make the most of your time.
After the consultation, it’s up to you to test the colors and make the final decision. You can’t go wrong! At this point it’s just up to personal taste.
Paint Consultations are paid for at the time of booking.
Design Consultation
$250/block
Not sure where to put your sofa? How high should you hang your art? Need an objective opinion on that light fixture? Book a Design Consultation and get professional help. We are here to provide feedback on the choices you are pondering, help with the layout of your room, or go shopping with you. Each block includes 2 hours of one on one time - how you use it is up to you. Book one block or several, a Design Consultation gives you the freedom to get the advice you need on your terms.
What you get:
Each Design Consultation begins with an initial call where we will discuss your needs and how you plan on using your time. This ensures that we come prepared and ready to get down to work!
Up to 2 hours of in-person time with a professional designer at a location of your choice.
Input on aesthetics, dimensions, flow and function for your space.
Specifics on how to use the finishes you’ve already selected, or find out what you are missing in for a project.
Your contribution:
Be prepared with images, dimensions and/or samples you want to review to make the most of your time.
Take notes on our time together to ensure you can implement the decisions that are made at your consultation.
Design Consultations are paid for at the time of booking.
Home Styling
starting at $2,000
Get the most out of your property that is for sale or rent by having a professional interior designer make it Instagram-worthy. Our initial consultation determines what areas need focus, how we can improve the furniture layout and flow, and what items need to be purchased to supplement the existing space. We provide accessories, pillows, throws, linens and/or flowers and plants to bring life and style to your space, artistically placing each item, including organizing and editing the home. The items brought into the space are yours to keep. This service is perfect to prepare a home to be photographed for sale or rent, or to help you increase your rental income by providing a professionally designed space with style and character. You can also use our Home Styling services to put the finishing touches on your existing home, or even to get that polished holiday decor that you’ve always wanted.
What you get:
An initial 60 minute consultation at the site to provide a needs analysis, and to determine what can be reused and what needs to be replaced.
Styling, organizing and editing for 1 Living Room, 1 Master Bedroom and 1 Master Bathroom. Other rooms are available for an additional fee to be determined at the initial consultation.
The accessories, plants and other small items to make your space beautiful are included in the fee.
Your contribution:
Please provide access to the unit for the initial consultation and for a minimum of 4 hours on the date of the installation.
The home must be clean and ready to be styled.
Furniture, rugs and large art/accessories - this is styling, not staging. Any moving of large items will require professional movers at an additional cost.
Storage space to relocate those items not being used, if necessary.
A 50% deposit is required at the initial consultation. Any additional rooms beyond those listed above will be charged an additional $250 ($500 for Living Rooms or larger spaces).
